Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow up to one week to process your order. Expect an email within one week to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2 Business days using Australia post standard shipping or Sendle standard delivery. Flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 applies to orders shipping Australia wide. We currently do not ship outside of Australia at this time, but suggest you check your local bookstore which can order the book for you. 

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@storysparksbook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
